3-Year Warranty
All Deservelt jewelry comes with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes issues like broken clasps, loose stones, or plating defects that occur under normal wear.
If something goes wrong within three years of purchase, simply contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll guide you through the repair or replacement process — at no cost to you.
Note: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
15-Day Returns for Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund — including return shipping.
Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- (Recommended) A short unboxing video showing the item upon arrival
Unboxing videos help us verify the issue quickly and process your claim faster. Once approved, we’ll take care of the rest.
Change of Mind / No Quality Issues
We’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases — for example, if you simply don’t like the item or it doesn’t suit your style.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, photos, and sizing before purchasing. If you’re unsure, just reach out — we’re happy to help you choose.
How to Request a Return or Warranty Service
1. Email us at hello@deservelt.com with your order number and a clear description or photo of the issue.
(If the issue is related to delivery, please include an unboxing video if possible.)
2. We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and an address.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your replacement or refund.
Important Notes
- Please do not send any item back without first contacting us — returns without prior approval cannot be processed.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- For warranty claims, you are responsible for shipping the item to us; we will cover the return shipping cost back to you (one way).
