2. How do I care for my jewelry?
- Wipe with a soft cloth after each wear
- Avoid water, perfume, and lotion
- Store separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box
- Silver naturally tarnishes over time; gently polish with a silver cloth to restore shine
- For pearls: wipe with a damp cloth, no chemicals, put on last

3. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer free shipping worldwide with no minimum order.

4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

5. What is your return policy?

All Deservelt jewelry comes with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects (broken clasps, loose stones, plating defects). Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents are not covered.
